Sports Performance Training

Looking to enhance your athletic performance, improve your athletic abilities, and make that travel, club, or high school team? Our sports performance programs are designed to enhance your performance in a sport-specific training regimen that will allow you to improve your strength, power, and explosiveness, your agility & lateral quickness, and help you compete at a higher level of your sport!

Strength & Conditioning Training

We provide top-tier athletic strength and conditioning programs for athletes who need to build both strength and muscle but improve their cardiovascular endurance, sprint speed & mechanics, and overall body conditioning. In line with the Sports Performance Training, our programs allow our athletes to become multifaceted and well-rounded, making sure any weaknesses become strengths!

Team Training

Our team training sections offer you the opportunity as an athlete to enhance your performance alongside your teammates in preparation for your upcoming season. Team cohesion and chemistry are a huge part of a team’s success when they step on the court or the field - A team that trains together builds & wins together. This is an amazing opportunity for these athletes to spend more time with one another as well as their other interested friends.

Injury Prevention & Recovery Specialist

Returning from a recent injury or finishing up with your physical therapy but want to continue to build strength, stability, and durability on your way to returning to the field or the court? One of our major focuses is to promote injury prevention and corrective-exercise protocols in our training - 1) to improve flexibility, mobility, and stability, 2) to continue progressions from physical therapy, and 3) to allow the athletes to return-to-play safely and effectively.

In addition, suppose you are an athlete looking to rehabilitate from an injury or in the post-op phase of recovery. In that case, our facility is connected to Catalyst Sports & Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. The ability to collaborate with some of the top Physical Therapists in central Maryland provides our athletes with a unique experience and the best from both sides of performance training.
