Athletic Strength & Performance Coach
Ryan helps youth to collegiate athletes boost speed, agility, performance, athleticism, strength & overall injury prevention. His unique group programs provide high-value training in a familiar team-focused environment.
He is an NCAA Certified Strength Coach with WBB at the University of Maryland & works with several college & pro athletes. -

Kaylee Weaver
Personal Trainer
Kaylee focuses her training on performance. She has a variety of personal and educational experiences, including collegiate track & field and powerlifting all while pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. Whether it be to prepare for sport, competition or to keep up with your kids, Kaylee has you covered, -

Alec Goenner
Krav Maga Instructor
Alec is our Lead Instructor for Krav Maga & has worked with some of the top athletes within this field and industry. He has over 3000 hours of advanced instructor training, has trained Special Forces, military & police in self-defense tactics, & has been featured in several Krav Maga books, tutorials and online programming.

Jesse brings extensive experience in hypertrophy and strength training, and has worked with clients of all ages & fitness levels in both group and individual settings. Jesse believes that movement is medicine—and that through proper training, anyone can improve their strength, confidence, & overall quality of life. -

Personal Trainer
Caleb is a former collegiate football player (McDaniel College), NCAA Certified Strength Coach & has been working with athletes from middle school to the collegiate level in football, soccer, swimming & lacrosse. -

Personal Trainer & Bodybuilding Competition Coach
Faunai is an NPC Bikini athlete & certified Personal Trainer who helps females develop a positive outlook on their health and fitness journeys through weight training. Her approach blends the precision and discipline of a dancer, the structure of a competitive athlete & the empathy required to guide those who are starting from the ground up. -
Nick Samsel
Personal Trainer & Performance Coach
A former three-sport athlete at Howard HS & Strength ntern with Maryland Football, Nick aspires to help beginners who are just getting started in their fitness journey, as well as those looking to become bigger, faster, and stronger!
He believes proper fundamentals are essential for long-term success and performance.
